During the COVID-19 outbreak we have established a revised adoption process:

Adoption procedures during the COVID-19 outbreak:

  1. Fill out our online adoption application here:
  2. In lieu of a home check we are accepting a video of your home.
  3. We will then arrange a time for a meet and greet. The meeting will be in a safe environment with social distancing. You will be able to hold and play with the kittens in a room plenty big enough for social distancing. As of now a mask will be required.

Thanks to your generosity, cats here at the Sanctuary- and in our lifesaving foster homes are safe and warm.
Because of you, each one falls asleep in a soft clean bed every night. Each one knows kind hands, nutritious meals and loving companionship as they wait to go home to families of their own. Because of you, each one faces a bright future.

Working together is how we can help these little ones thrive. With your help we have made a better world for over 5000 cats and kittens since 1999, by spay & neuter, adoption and sanctuary.

Greyfoot Cat Rescue is a band of dedicated volunteers, who foster homeless kittens in their homes. Our adoptable cats are feed, cleaned and socialized at our sanctuary in Oak View. Greyfoot has dozens of cats and kittens waiting for their forever home.

All of the cats and kittens are microchipped, neutered, de-wormed,vaccinated, and FeLV/FIV tested.  Please call 805-649-2844 for an appointment to meet any of these beauties. The process for adoption is the same. We require an application and home safety visit. Click on "Adopt" to view all available cats & kittens up for adoption.

We couldn't do this without you!

Adopt - Volunteer - Foster - Donate

Thank You,

Purrs & Meows

Callie is a classic beautiful calico.  Frightened when abandoned in a box at a local pet store. She has been living at our sanctuary for the past two years.  She has learned to trust people again and is very affectionate. Callie more about Callie
