Sweet Pepper aka Hi Top was rescued from a Community Cat Colony. He gives kisses and loves to be cuddled. I do believe he will be a large boy when he's an adult.  Even though he was born outside with other Community Cats, he doesn't have a feral bone in his soft body! He is neutered, tested Felv/Fiv Negative, Dewormed, Vaccinated & microchipped. Gets along with other teen kittens and adult cats.
