I am a loving 5-8 year old black, lap cat.  I am a husky male with a big round face and long white whiskers.  I am a sweetheart  I am now sleeping with my foster mom -- I love a comfy bed.   I like to purr and can be a little loud but I know a cat's purring calms the soul.  When you talk to me, I will look right into your eyes.  I love to play with plastic straws and bat them around the kitchen floor.  I am a healthy adult male who must eat a grain free diet due to an allergy -- vet wellness check July 2, 2015. 

I want a home of my own but do not know how to tell you.  I have been overlooked during adoptions because I am shy and stiff when I am in a cage -- I do not make a good first impression.  The cages at PetSmart are so scary.  

My story . . . I was an abandoned family pet.  I am looking for a quiet, relaxed fur-ever home and a best friend who will promise never to abandon me, will cherish me and will provide an indoor only home.  I am thankful that my days of roaming the streets are over.  The other neighborhood cats picked on me and I was so afraid. 

I will thrive in a quiet home with someone special who understands me. I must go to a home where there are no dogs -- I do not like dogs!  Kids must be teens and older.  I am good with passive senior and young adult cats with a slow introduction.

My wish for Autumn is a loving, home of my own -- Adopt me -- Love me just the way I am.
